10x MicroStructures manufactures and designs film products for the commercial lighting markets. These prismatic microstructured films manage the distrubition of light. These films control the light output cone, light uniformity, angularity and directionality, as well as increasing light efficiency to promote energy conservation.

LED Reflector/Film Stack

Utilizing 10x MicroStructures capabilities of combining reflectors/reflector arrays with varying film stacks enhances the appearance and performance of LEDs in commercial Lighting products. The lighting product can include depending on final use of a collimating reflector, color film, diffusing film, and up to two films to obtain the desired light distribution. The film material can be supplied with a colored protective sheet on the prism side and a clear protective sheet on the opposite side if required. This product can be delivered die cut to size, including the necessary mounting features required by your lighting product. The collimating reflector has several standard sizes but can be customzied in size and/or array for certain applications.

The lighting product can include depending on final use of a light guide/plate, color film, diffusing film, and up to two films to obtain the desired light distribution. The film material can be supplied with a colored protective sheet on the prism side and a clear protective sheet on the opposite side if required. This product can be delivered die cut to size, including the necessary mounting features required by your lighting product.
